Saw in a tweet from Marvel today in answer to a question several of us have had about events in IM III and what was going on in the Marvel universe at the time.
Someone had asked where the heck SHIELD was during IM III, and the answer was that they were very busy,as we'll see over the course of the next two movies.
So that seems to bear out what a lot of seemed to think, that IM III is happening at the same tme as Thor II and Captain America II.
