MacLeod arrives in France, leaving a trail of hate and destruction in his wake. Methos finds him and discovers just how evil MacLeod has become when he tries to take Methos' head on holy ground. I love everything in this episode except for the holy spring part. I don't think it was totally necessary. I think we all got that it was like a mental battle and they still could have had the awesome Duncan vs. Duncan fight without the spring which just cheesed things up for me. Plus some of the montage-y way they shot it didn't help. I actually quite like that they killed Sean because while he was a cool character and all that (and yeah it did give Duncan extra to brood about), it also upped the stakes. It proved that he didn't go just a little evil. The whole experience would be less important and less devastating.

I agree about Sean for all those reasons, but it was Sean, and I loved Sean [sniff] :)

And yes, the Holy Hot Tub was cheezy in the extreme [g]
