Last night, we had Chicken Parmigiana for dinner. I thought I'd cooled off the first bite enough, but oh, I was so wrong! Ouchy! Scalding melted mozzarella all over the roof of my mouth. Tonight, there's one section particularly that just hurts [whine] I think I took the skin off totally.

I frequently scald my mouth with hot tea. In this case, it was the cheese sticking that did the damage. Maybe I'll be more careful next time!
