Last night, we had Chicken Parmigiana for dinner. I thought I'd cooled off the first bite enough, but oh, I was so wrong! Ouchy! Scalding melted mozzarella all over the roof of my mouth. Tonight, there's one section particularly that just hurts [whine] I think I took the skin off totally.

Yowch, yowch, yowch! I've done that with hot cheese. It's the fact that it sticks, I think--and if you drink cold water to cool it, it just seems to freeze the top and leave the understuff still hot.

Ow. Ice water for the day and Anbesol would be my prescription.
