Last night's House, a Christmas episode over a month late. What whacky scheduling comes with the strike! But what a good episode! I'm so sad there's only two new ones left.


Once they'd got the new ducklings settled, I would have loved to have seen how they were going to mainstream Chase and Cam again.

You know one of the best things about this ep? We get to see a rare
genuine smile from House. We see lots of 'gotcha' smiles, and smug
smiles, and plotting smiles, but rarely do we get just that amazing
smile without any of that other stuff.

Wilson and the moose hat was priceless. I said to Nin that I bet that cap will launch a thousand icons!


Oh, and the daughter of the PotW was the same girl who starred in The Last Sin Eater.

Still pooped out, but hopefully I'll catch up over the weekend. The cough is getting better, which helps.

I could tell that you are feeling better, the temperatures here are back to near zero (http://cbs2chicago.com/local/snow.bitter.cold.2.641311.html) (wind chill is -13F), the streets are frozen and the state highways north of Cadillac are closed. Not quite as bad as it was 30 years ago (http://www.crh.noaa.gov/dtx/?n=blizzard1978), but its still something.

Assuming that travel improves somewhat for this weekend, the wife and daughters are attending the The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and the Band of the Coldstream Guards (http://whartoncenter.com/performances/productionDetails.aspx?productionID=472&genreID=63) at MSU's Wharton Center on Friday.

I havent' seen any of this season's episodes. But it's cool knowing the shows are good and I have them to look forward to.

I like the new set but it seems that Chase and Cam have been sidelined. As much as I like them why not send them on their way - real places have turnover.
