A List

I'm supposed to be the reccer over at hl_recs in April, but I'm extremely anxious about it. So since I had some time tonight, I decided to start compiling my list. I went through the fic folder I've been keeping since 1996 and tried to find archived copies of the stories I had saved on the web. A lot of that early fic seems to be gone for good. But I did find some that's still archived! All together, my list stands at fifteen stories, a good deal of it from before 2000. I'm still anxious, but at least I have something to show for my anxiety!

The 7th Dimension archive is still around isn't it? They should have quite a bit of some of the older fics out there, right?

Do you know that my Highlander fic has never ever been recced by anyone, anywhere ever. Back in the day, in Forever Knight fandom, I was a fairly popular writer. It's night and day different from HL fandom -- no pun intented [g]

Yeah, my recs will sure use up the het quota this year! Not a D/M story in the bunch :)

If you have some stories that you cannot find, you might try asking on the yahoo list HL_ficfind. I've been amazed at people's ability to provide links for stories that no amount of google searches find.

I also really enjoy more plot centric stories and many of the older stories fit that category.
