My Bad

I'm a bad, bad writer. I just realized I started 'I Remember You Not Fondly' back in May of last year, and it's now MARCH, and I haven't finished it yet. I now feel guilty and like a terrible slacker.

I'm sorry! [hangs head] Swear I'm trying to finish it. I just don't think I ever realized just quite how tough it would be for me to write something so dark and violent. It's never taken me this long to finish a story before. I'm going to write more tonight.

Don't feel so bad... :)

My "current" story (I use the quotation marks for a reason) was started on April 15th, 2006, and the last part posted on May 31st, 2006.

Yes, I still consider it my "current" story.

Why?

Because I have ideas for 2-3 parts, plus at least a part ¾ written, but it'll have to happen in parts 11 or 12+, and I'm currently struggling with part 10.

Since it's based around the background of a somewhat structured videogame, I have to have the timeline match what happens in the game. Which means I need my characters to have something to do other than sit in a bar on the Pirates of the Caribbean world for weeks on end and drink.

I don't think the bartender would like them. Especially since one character is a pyromaniac and the other can be super-emo... Of course, there are the games in the Mt. Olympus Coliseum... The two are rather bloodthirsty... Hmmm...

[It's a story based around the game Kingdom Hearts, if anyone is wondering. It's half Disney characters and stories, half Final Fantasy characters and stories (a popular role-playing game series. The 13th one is slated to come out this year).]
