I've had those! But they weren't called that. Can't remember what they were called, but looked just like it. Wagon Wheels were more of a pancake shape.

I've had those! But they weren't called that.

I could have sworn that another company has a similar cookie with a different shape called Pinwheels, but I can't find them online.

Pinwheels sounds right. Maybe the two companies merged?

I've found them. It's the same company, Nabisco, but them only sell them during the winter months.
