For me, the TV show that's emotionally gutting me currently is General Hospital.
I HATE storylines that kill off a child character. I remember when Beejay died, I was absolutely devastated. And now, it's Micheal. I've watched him grow up. That's the thing with daily soaps, there's so much more time to become emotionality attached to the characters. There's an attachment I rarely get with nighttime series. Even when I want to throw things at the TV when there's a really stupid storyline. The next few weeks are going to be horrible.
