Well, the DVR was getting overly full, so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and delete shows that had been on there for extended periods of time and just accept I was never going to get to them. I got rid of BSG Razor, Tin Man, and New Amsterdam -- which I heard last night had been canceled, and since I'd never watched any of it, figured there was no point now. Dexter was on the cusp, but I decided to keep it for a bit longer. We did see the first episode of that, and liked it, so maybe in the summer, we'll get to it.

I feel so unburdened now [g] No more guilt over ignoring them as I scroll by them to pick a show to watch.

The only value "Tin Man" had in our household was as a MYSTERY SCIENCE 3000 op. It works beautifully for that. Tin Man had a nice conceit or two, but between the strained and wooden acting (Zoe Deschanel: female sex's answer to Keanu Reeves) and the, ah, plot weaknesses, we rather felt it was living up to the SciFi channel's standard of Quality Mini Series entertainment.

On the other hand, many of the teens I know who loved SFC's "Wizard of Earthsea" liked Tin Man too, and I admit, it would make a kick-ass RPG.
