Luis Royo is Artist GOH at Norwescon 30 in April 2007. Is there even a remote possibility I could go? Probably not, but it would be terrific! Norwescon 5 back in 1982 was the very first real SF con I ever attended. I had a blast, even if I did have the flu and was running a fever :)

All this con info I've been looking for is making me all desperate to go to a con. I haven't been to one since ConJose, WorldCon 60 in 2002! [sigh] and I pre supported L.A. Con IV this August and everything, and I can't believe I can't go. Excuse me while I go pout.

I was at the Glasgow bid party at ConJose, and if I hadn't already wanted to go, Robin the terribly cute Scotsman sealed my desire [g] Alas, I didn't get to attend.

I have a friend who goes to every Worldcon, anywhere in the world.

2008 bids are Chicago and Denver I believe. Denver would be cool.
