One of the guys I work with is heavily into reenactment, sword fighting, SCA sorta stuff. His brother-in-law actually makes swords for a living. Anyway, he's offered to pick the perfect sword for Emily -- my character in my last fic -- to use, so I can write something a little more than 'she picked up the sword'. Nifty, no?
