I Hate That

I hate that borderline anxiety attack feeling where your stomach gets all twisty, your hands are cold and shaky, and your heart goes just a bit too fast, and you have no idea why. Maybe because I'm sick today and feeling icky doesn't help. Trying to distract myself, but being fairly unsuccessful.
