I Hate Opening Lines

So the fic that won the smack-down was the sequel to 'He's a Pirate'. I don't know why, but it's just spinning around in my brain. I have a title, 'I Am Going To The West', and a general outline, but it's trying to decide where to to start the blasted thing. Right where the last one ended? Or after lunch? And who gets the first word? I'm not even sure from whose POV the first segment is from. I know the first flashback is from Methos' POV.

Must ponder.
