Made ninjababe dinner before she went to work: quesadillas made with a portion of the carnitas I made a few weeks back. Need to get some cleaning done before we go away next weekend since we're having someone come in to stay with Sparrow while we're gone. We'll be away four days, and her max alone time is two :)

I'm going to try and get some writing done at some point today.

The meat is basically pulled beef. Same concept, just different herbs and spices. And it's mild. Will feed you it when you come to visit one day :)

Roberta's coming here, and we're taking her to Tahoe/Virginia City.
