Roasted Garlic Is Of the Good

I love the smell of roasting garlic. ninjababe's working tonight, so for my solo dinner, I decided to roast garlic and use up the rest of the crusty loaf from last night, along with some goat cheese I have in the fridge. It sounded good when I thought about it.

No, garlic in small doses is very good. The whole Italians put tons of garlic on everything is what I do not like. Think Olive Garden or Vinny Testa's the stuff reeks from every crevice and pore. It is an accent folks, not the main dish.

I love roasted garlic. And probably drive my puppy crazy with the amount I each whenever I do make it.

Had this fava bean dish at a Mediterranean restaurant the other day. Really good, but the garlic was nearly over-powering ... for two days. Whee!
