I came home, feeling kinda down, and Sparrow gets up on my lap and starts nuzzling my face making little gurgley noises at me. She's a good girl.

Even after all the years of having cats and dogs, it amazes me how well they tune into our feelings and needs. If I'm needing to feel loved, my eldest especially seems to sense it and comes to me.
