It seems to be official now -- I've received two nominations in the forsaken_fandom Awards. In the crossover category, my Highlander/Forever Knight story, 'I Remember You Not Fondly', and in the Original Character category, Triona, for the same story. Thank you to whoever it was that nominated me! It's very nifty and I'm thrilled!

And my second fic note, strangevisitor7 caved to my incessant whining for Methos fic! She's posted the first part of a Highlander/Magnificent Seven story, Love, Honor and Immortality at her LJ. Thank you! You know what a Methos slut I am [g]

I wondered what forsaken fandom referred to, and whether or not I should have listed it. Highlander fandom has always been unenthusiastic about awards and award competitions. Every once in a while one has been proposed, but none have survived.

In my case, the story was nominated in the Forever Knight category. As far as I can tell, they switch out the fandoms each award cycle. I was curious, so I looked back in the archives, and I guess they add fandoms each cycle, and may remove some, but they don't switch out the entire list.
