I Can Has Daleks?

The bass died on my very old computer speakers, and my brother replaced them with these: Altec Lansing FX3022 Expressionist BASS 2-Way Speaker for PC and MP3 (Black)



I was seriously amused.

They came in today and sound awesome! But so far, they haven't screamed 'EXTERMINATE!'

Oh my word. They DO look like little Daleks -- just need some of the gold chroming and they they are! Perfect for you -- but did your brother buy them because they were 'dalek-like' or just cause you needed speakers?

The fact they were Dalek like was just a happy circumstance. He wanted me to get another pair that came with a subwoofer, and I didn't due to space considerations. These have subwoofers built in, so we were able to compromise.

Give them time. Daleks didn't evolve in a day. :)

But I'd keep an eye out for a little USB stick (last of its brand) running around with a blinking light, intent on destroying them. :D
