I feel like I'm in the B&W portion of Wizard of Oz! Really high winds and things are blowing past the windows. And my brand new fountain got taken out and the top is cracked :(

We had high winds and rain this morning. It was a good day to stay in bed, so I did.

It's odd for me because winds like this in CA mean no power for days due to trees taking out power lines. Here, very few trees so no power outages. I'll adapt one day!

How bad is the crack? You might be able to repair it with cement glue or silicon. Check with your local hardware store, they might be able to help.

Hope things calm down weather wise. It's currently raining and about forty degrees here. Don't think it's going to warm up until sometime in July.

Oh, no! That's a shame. High winds are no fun. I'd never wanted to live where I'd hear the Santa Ana -- so now I live in NYC where the concrete canyons funnel the winds down the the city and blow umbrellas inside out.

Don't like high winds. Stay inside!

Yeah we had general nastiness here as well. Hail -- I was fearful that my car would get dinged, but for once parking near trees served a purpose and deflected the hailstones.

Although, now I'm picturing monkeys . . .
