I own a bunch o' email lists. One in particular, for House M.D., is nearing the 1000 member mark. So , if you're looking for a House list, might I suggest Differential Diagnosis? And if you're the 1000th member, you can look forward to being immortalized in story and song! Okay, not really, but it sounds kewl, no? At a minimum, you'll get a special 'Uncle Greg Lollipop'!
