Experiments in Cooking

Let's see if I can make dinner from just what's on hand. Dried chili pepppers = red enchilada sauce I'm going to make from memory after seeing it made on a Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. Masa = corn tortillas. Dried Pinto Beans = refried beans. Put it all together with some cheese and hopefully, I'll have edible enchiladas!
