so if on LJ it's "I friended you back', on Dwidth would it be, "I circled you back"? Or in some cases, "half-circled"!

Well, you know I'm little Miss Negative over on LJ about DW. So my name is mud. But I hate the four different groups on the user page. And the fact that you have to subscribe and grant access. And then someone doesn't friend you back, they have to grant you access ! It sounds too official like a government file or work or something to that effect. I'm sorry - you aren't important enough to grant access to my precious journal. And I can't come over and read your journal I have to officially subscribe to it.

It makes it sound like you are subscribing to an important journal and if you meet their oh so important specifications as a reader they will grant you access . Oh joy!

Yes, I am sour grapes. Maybe I should change my user name accordingly. *g*

Let me add that I notice at the top that you can modify your relationship. So I guess if I no longer want to subscribe, I'm not just defriending someone's journal to clean up my user page, I'm actually modifying our relationship . Just so there is no confusion you know.
