The house smells like rising dough and simmering pizza sauce. All yeasty and garlicky!
Since decent pizza seems to be something we can't get here, I'm making my own, and we're going to cook it on the BBQ grill. It would be nice to be able to just get pizza delivered though.

Date: 2009-05-30 11:04 pm (UTC)From:There's two places in Springdale that have wood fired pizzas, but it's a 30 min drive, it's pricey, and it's the town at the entrance to Zion Natl Park, so this time of year it's a freaking zoo :)
I'm hoping the homemade works out. The dough is rising like gangbusters!
