Picking

Picked about ten lbs of apricots with my brother. And that's just the few that are ripe. We'll be knee deep in apricots by the end of the month. Five trees=GAH!

Oh, yeah, our canning room is full of jam and liqueurs, and we have screens ready for drying. Going to make apricot salsa too. We have 14 fruit and nut trees on the property, so lots of work ahead.

Onions, peppers, cilantro, lime. The apricots fill in for the tomatoes for the most part.
