Why on earth would they? They heal all injuries. As far as we know they don't get ill.

Tooth decay is an illness caused by bacteria. We know they either don't get ill or heal very quickly. Why are you asking?

If you are writing a fic with a tooth ache, you can postulate slow healing from tooth decay. I don't know of anything in canon to contradict that.
