I Think I'm Finally Wrtiing It

There's an M7 comm doing a challenge of 'firsts' and it reminded me I have been wanting to write the story of Maude's first death. Which I appear to be writing. Not sure if it'll get past the snippet to be filed away for later stage or not, but it's a start.

Two Hours Later: 1000 words! Wasn't expecting that it. Maybe this will see the light of day after all.

I should check how things are going, and how much time before I can post the next challenge. It was also suggested to me to do an actual competition, with screened comments and voting, but I am in the middle of exams and the semester is about to start. Once things cool down a little, I'd like to implement that, it's a good idea. Maybe we can have two types of challenges???[/end mod comment]
