I make double too. I joke that that the real reason I make roast beef is for the gravy and Yorkshire. Though I'm not sure that isn't true [g]

i will whole-heartedly admit that that is my favorite part of that meal, and when my mom makes it (i don't cook) i think of that first...

sigh...

we should have a yourshire pudding with gravy icon.
