I'm not exactly up-to-speed with the whole genre, but the trailer sure makes it look like something I'll want to see.

Hawkeye - he had a very small part in Thor. Apparently he's some sort of amazing shot. I don't know much about him, other than what Nin's told me.

He's Hawkeye.

He's an Avenger who isn't a superhuman. He just trained his body exceptionally well. He's supposed to be so good a marksman, he can't miss.

That, and the cool arrows. Let's see... explosive tips, tips that turn into a net, tear gas, etc

I didn't read the Avengers, but from what I read in the Marvel universe, he's a good martial artist and swordsman as well...

Now, let's see what the movie does with him...
