I'm doing my once a year clean up of my Amazon Wish Lists, yes, lists plural - I have one for books and DVDs and stuff, and another for house and home stuff, like, say... cookbooks! I admit, I love, love, love, cookbooks, but wow, I had no idea I'd added so many to my wish list. I'd need a lot of shelves to accommodate that many! And the pitfall of cleaning up your wish list is that you find more things to add - like more cookbooks.

**rolls her eyes****
because she can fully appreciate an endless array of them
:D
Some of mine marched out the back door and have taken up residence on a shelf along the wall in the garage...

I really need to get them there own place, not random piles around the house.

No, I have a bunch of them on a shelf in the kitchen where the washer and dryer are located (an alcove) and out on a shelf in garage
I just don't have room to have them anywhere else.
I don't have piles of books anywhere in the house. What I have are all shelved
When I moved up here to Portland, I got rid of a huge library
Our local library in Rancho Cordova was very interested since most were history related, books they did not have in their collection.
I don't belong to History Book Club any longer so not collecting as I used to do.
My interest in history is mainly a result of my undergrad degree.

Oh my word!!!!!!!!!!!!
You DO have a problem then..........
It reminds me of my sister and BIL's 'library' which features a room
lined with built in bookcases ceiling to floor and it is still not
enough........piles all over the floor
He volunteers at the Tidal Wave which is the used bookstore for the
Multnomah County Library system, which just makes it even worse.....

Seriously? Cookbooks? Okay, I volunteer with my local friends of the library and we can't get rid of the cookbooks. I'm being asked to recycle the fundraiser ones from churches etc. Our highest priced cookbook is $3. If you want to point me at your wishlists, I'll keep an eye out for you and let you know if something you want comes in.
