Now I think about it, you're probably right. I was fixated on the characters appearing, not the casting aspect, which was probably the point of the whole exercise. I'd even wondered if, since the movies will have more of the White Council goings on, if they'd show them rescuing their mother from the orcs. Well, it was nice while it lasted [g]
