It won't come as a surprise to a certain feathered friend, but I way overslept this morning. Slept right through my alarm.

In other news, I'm still staring at the endontist referral slip. I suppose I should call them today. Don't want to!

After a couple of years of buying nothing but practical shoes for work, I broke down and treated myself to a lovely pair of sandals. Somewhat vintage looking, cherry red, and they even have heels! A little pre birthday present to myself. I feel vaguely guilty, but I keep looking at them and feel less so!

The bad part is that I'm now aware of and addicted to zappos.com.
