but: Which fictional character would you fix me up with, if you could?

Well, since probably everybody is going to suggest Methos (and a good suggestion it is, too), I'll offer up a different millenia-old man. LaCroix should be able to add a little spice to your life, right?

With the proviso I live through the experience, right? [g]

Of course! (assuming you want to, that is) *weg*

Yes, well being dead isn't my ideal end of date scenario!

*blink, blink*

What about UNdead? Then you could spend more time with your true love Methos.

That kind of dead would work.

Totally off the path though: do you think of FK vamps as undead? I don't, and was just curious [g] I ask because I can!

Well... they never actually die, they still have regular respiration and a heart beat, and Natalie made it pretty clear that FK vampirism was caused by a retrovirus (which should have no effect on something truly dead).

So from that perspective, they're not really undead.

But I know Vachon refers to them as such (see icon), and am pretty sure Nick does as well at some point. And it's such a common term to use to describe vampires that it's almost easier to think of them that way. (once a slacker Vaq, always a slacker Vaq ;) )

Does that make any sense?

Makes sense :)

But of course. Though, if it's like most of my dates, he'll lie and say we should do it again some time, and I'll never hear from him again [g]

I doubt that a relationship'd happen - if only because of him and his general antics - but Captain Jack Sparrow could be fun for a fling XD

Well, since the first two choices are obvious, maybe a third would work?

What about Saint Germain?

I'll second that. A round of Methos for all!

I could actually see you doing very well with Dr. Helm. You look so nice in vintage clothing and he would be very good to you and for you. :)

I want to set you up with Jean-Pierre, from "The Price of Interference". The two of you have a similar elegance to the way you think.

Jane Austen's Colonel Brandon. Maybe just my view of him, but he's a quiet romantic, intelligent, honorable and a goof catch!

well, see since I don't run in forever knight circles or even know who methos is (beisides Ith's big-time crush) I would have gone with a certain gimpy doc if you were in the mood for snappy conversation or Captain Jack Sparrow. Just make sure you control the rum!

"even know who Methos is ..."

Hopefully you are jest? If not, let us introduce you the world most adorable, handsome, charming and exasperating 5,000 year old man. Once you meet him, well, lets just say life will be interesting.

I seriously do want to be introduced. If only there were more hours in the day, I'd watch the entire series.
