Shucked

I've shucked the tomatillios, am roasting garlic, cleaned the kitchen, talked to my mum, talked to Nin. Now what? Maybe I'll try to at least make an attempt at finishing 'A Breath of Snow and Ashes' -- it's taking me forever to finish!

PS - She is adorable in real life. I flew to Arizona (from Cali) for a book signing of hers and she was delightful.

I got a book signed by her for a friend's birthday years ago. My very brief impression was that she was quite nice :) (It was a very large Highland Games and it was a zoo!)

Your first impression was correct. She was charming and really personable in the reading and then spent a ton of time talking to people as she signed books.
