There's a Tootsie Roll

There's a Tootsie Roll on Nin's side of the desk. It's calling to me. Now tell me, would it be wrong for me to eat it? I mean, it's sitting there, taunting me! And she put it there, knowing my love of the Tootsie! I think it deserves to be eaten, don't you?

I guess I'll watch General Hospital instead and try and ignore the mocking little brown thing.

So what's everyone else up to tonight?

That makes me feel SO much better - sure I have some pain, but NOTHING LIKE THAT. You should win some kind of prize for yours.

I hate people telling you horror stories before you're about to have the same thing done! So I wouldn't ever. Granted mine was 30 years ago (God, I'm old) but still!

My other horror story involves a colonoscopy, and a surgery, and waking up too soon with both. [shiver] That was recently, and probably worse than the tonsils. But I try not and think about that. And hope the next time the doctors believe me when I tell them I throw off drugs very quickly.
