Looking at old photos, and this is me and ninjababe ten years ago on the Scifi Sea Cruise with Nigel Bennett. The only reason I actually have computer copies is that my boss scanned the prints for me when I got home from my trip. Nin was a baby!!

He's a doll. You wouldn't have had any trouble talking to him. He's genuinely kind, not to mention mischievous :)

Nigel has rather a gift for de-flailing flaily people. I recall seeing him meet quite a few. Mostly I think it's just that he's so unflustered by it, the fan ends up unflustering too.
