...I watch Revelations 6:8, the Slinky Quickening never fails to amuse me. Talk about unintentional humour in what was supposed to be a dramatic moment.

And no matter how many times I watch the two Horsemen eps, I still come away totally ticked off at Duncan.

I'm with mischief5. Bad, bad Judgmental Duncan. Good ol' Saint Darius, patron saint of Truth, Justice and the Immortal Way. Tiresome. Done to Death. Really Many episodes employ the shorthand of dramatic tropes for efficiency. Duncan, particularly because he's the hero, frequently suffers from personality whiplash -- because he has to haul the load. In the end he always comes right. As a writer I prefer to use those occasions as a story op -- or ignore them completely -- they have nothing to do with the Duncan I'm interested in writing about.
