Here's a photo gallery of some of the flood yesterday. You can see the area where my family lives though it's not usually quite so wet and muddy! There's one photo of a street in La Verkin that looks like a river, and that's pretty close to what my brother described our street being like.

The Source on SciFi

I read on one of the Highlander lists that 'The Source' is showing on September's schedule as a 'SciFi Original Movie'. I went and checked it out, and sure enough, it is. Having seen the Russian version, and considering most 'SciFi Original Movies' are crap, it will be interesting to see just what ends up on the TV screen.

Pardon Me Whilst I SCREAM!

The replacement DVR they sent us is a dud! It worked a total of three days and the HD has died. So now we get to start all over again. I'm tempted to look into DirectTV now, just because I'm ticked off. And I have no contract, so I totally could.
