A More Permanent Hell

Dang, for a Saturday, people have been chatty! Couldn't believe how many posts there were on my f'list!

I remembered I forgot to talk about how awesome Grey's Anatomy has been the last few weeks. I haven't seen any posts about it on my f'list, so I haven't had anyone to talk about it with. Waiting for pat_t to catch up so I can bug her :)

Trying to decide which icons to delete so I can make room for some of the new Iron Man ones I made last night. (Turns out ninjababe made some too, so go look!) The one I'm using as my new default is the only one I've uploaded so far. I hate deleting icons! We're going to see the movie again Monday night! Decided our one movie theater would be a zoo today.

[happy dance] for dying my hair today! Way too much grey showing. Bleah. Also have grocery shopping on the list and lots and lots of laundry. But that won't get done till later tonight when we can get near the laundry room. Going to make potato salad for dinner, with either a bbq chicken or cold cuts. And some sliced cucumber. And I'm going to make from scratch lemon pudding for desert. Nin approves [g]

Well, the endodontist actually. This time, to have my bite adjusted to see if that helps at all. Another 1pm appointment. That seems to be my permanent slot.

But best thing about tonight? New Grey's! And an added dash of excitement, because ( subtext is becoming canon... )

Sandra Oh killed with her melodramatic delivery during a werewolf ep, there was some 19th century English Lord George and Governess Izzie fanfic, and Eric Dane busted up the crowd with a "fan letter" begging for more McSteamy in less clothing ("Maybe the air conditioner could break?), which turned out to be written by Eric Dane.

And on the Men in Trees front:

It's true that MIT's ratings weren't so hot when it repremiered last Wednesday. But you have 10 more episodes to get the word out. Start telling your friends to watch! And don't worry about being left hanging. Creator Jenny Bicks said they've already shot two season finales: One, in the event that they are picked up for another year, and another, in the event that they're not. She assures us that both are very effective endings.

Looks like the Writers Strike is over! I read that show runners will be back at work tomorrow.

But those of you who have been wanting another story in the Emily series will be happy. Hopefully, you'll still be happy after you read it [cough] Yes, I'm one of those sorts of fic moods.

I'd forgotten I started the New Year with a PWP I finished off for medie's 'Porning in the New Year' challenge! The Spaniard was that particular story.

For some reason, I thought I hadn't written as much as last year, but I guess I wrote more than I thought I did! Quite a bit more, actually.

I really could go to bed right now. It's not even 9pm! Very sad.

You know, as much as I bitch and moan about General Hospital, it's still the only show that can have me crying for a freakin' straight hour! My head is so stuffy now. Ugly Betty and Grey's were both great tonight (I love having an eastern feed of ABC!) and I really wanted to watch SPN too, but I don't think I'll stay awake that long. Maybe I will head to bed. I'll be up late tomorrow, so maybe a few extra hours of sleep would be a good thing.

Oh, meant to add: I didn't just watch TV tonight! Oh no, I washed down all the patio furniture when I got home. Roberta likes to sit outside, and the chairs and table were filthy from the last few rains we've had. Now, it's pristine! At least for a few days!
